The streets of Legazpi City were filled with festivity last August 20, 2011 when eight different contingents relived and gave their creative and colorful interpretations of the Bicol’s very own folk epic, the Ibalong. The street dancing parade kicked off at Peñaranda Park, took the Rizal Street-Quezon Avenue route and finally had the exhibition contest proper at the Legazpi Grand Central Terminal.
